Ocean Villas is located inside Puerto Azul, I visited the place few times whenever we have plan for seminar or a meeting. Its not a very special place, houses were built sometime ago but what attracts us about the place is its serenity. It was built in the mountain slope just beside the sea. From the distance, you can see PuertoAzul Resort and other structures which looks like vacation houses. By the way, Ocean Villas is not a Resort, every house is owned by private individuals which was more likely used for vacation. It is a village managed by the Home Owners Association. But since it was located in a remote area up in the mountain, it would be impractical to use it as your permanent dwelling place while you are doing business or working downtown.
We use to visit the house owned by NAPOCOR. They are renting out their place for various activities. But families who wanted to stay in a quite place such as this for a night or two, can relax and enjoy its tranquility, the green surroundings and cool breeze from the sea.
If you are planning to stay, you should be responsible for your foods. Kitchen and utensils for cooking are available. Remember you are in a remote area, no stores are available around you have to spend more or less 20 minutes going downtown just to buy things you need.
Beddings, blankets, pillows are available except for towels and toiletries.
Other things you can do while staying is swimming by the beach or fishing in an old and abandoned sea port.
Since Puerto Azul is just across, you may avail on their facilities such as swimming pool, jetskiing and other services they are offering.
Ocean Villas is around 14 to 20 minutes away from Boracay de Cavite. You can drive further for about another 15 minutes and you can enjoy the overlooking entrance of Manila Bay where you can see the Fortress used during world war 2 and Corregidor Island. Then, you may proceed driving downward to the world class Caylabne Resort.
this is nice! may i know the cost of renting the place for a day or two and who are the persons to reach?
